 Justin S. Bhangu, Refugee Lawyer, is the founder and principal Lawyer at The Law Office of Justin S. Bhangu*. Mr. Bhangu holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honours and a Master of Laws (LL.M).

Before starting his own legal practice Mr. Bhangu articled with a Senior Criminal and Immigration/ Refugee Lawyer whose practice focused on complex Immigration, Refugee and Criminal Law matters in and around, Surrey, Abbotsford and Vancouver BC. Mr. Bhangu obtained a potent legal background and experience working on a range of complex legal files which enables him to analyze each client’s situation with a distinctive perspective and insight.

Mr. Bhangu prides himself in his hard work and dedication and will zealously defend your case whether it be inside or outside of the court room. Mr. Bhangu has conducted and represented numerous clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. Mr. Bhangu also represents those facing inadmissibility with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), conducts detention reviews, and represents Client’s at CBSA interviews. Mr. Bhangu also has experience with Pre-Removal Risk Assessment Applications (PRRA) and is often retained to assist individuals who receive a PRRA from the CBSA.
